The company I bought it from said nothing could be done other than replacing the drive and all my footage would be lost. Jeff at Kokua took the drive in fixed the port and got it back to me within 5 days with all information intact. I can’t thank them enough for the amount of stress they saved me from. They are simply the best! 2 years ago: I can’t saw enough great things about Kokua. From outlining our needs with Joe, to the best experience with Lissie, and then working with Doug to overhaul the whole IT system at my office. Lissie is always on top of making sure everyone is happy and that the jobs go smoothly. Doug is amazing at answering any questions and made the transition easy.
