Kokua Technologies was branded in 2012 with a forward-thinking mission: to deliver technology solutions that meet today’s demands while preparing businesses for the challenges of tomorrow. Built on the legacy of Graphical Interface, an IT firm established in 1989 by CEO Jeff Platt, Kokua has continued a tradition of client-first service, technical excellence, and long-term relationships. Many of the clients who began with Jeff decades ago remain with Kokua today, a testament to the trust and results that define our approach.

Since 2012, Kokua Technologies has expanded significantly, now serving over 1000 business clients nationwide with a growing team of dedicated experts – our “Tech Kahunas”. We’ve developed our own robust solutions for backup and disaster recovery, cloud infrastructure, and communications, tailored to deliver the right mix of innovation, performance, and cost-efficiency. Our goal remains the same: to help our clients stay ahead of what’s next without losing sight of what matters now.

About Our CEO, Jeff Platt

Jeff Platt is the Chief Executive Officer of Kokua Technologies, a managed IT services provider headquartered in Medford, New Jersey. A graduate of Widener University with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Economics, Jeff brings over three decades of experience in the technology industry. Before founding Kokua Technologies in 2012, he launched his first company, Graphical Interface, in 1989, during a time when most businesses were only beginning to adopt computers.

Known for his approachable style and knack for clear, relatable analogies, Jeff has built long-standing relationships with clients by focusing on service, trust, and results. His client base has grown purely through word of mouth, now spanning coast to coast – from New Jersey and Pennsylvania to Delaware, Boston, and even the state of Colorado. Today, Kokua continues to embody its namesake – the Hawaiian word for “help” – by delivering expert IT support with a personal, people-first approach.
